Nearly 50 years ago the Society of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of Hawaii presented its first scholarship to one university student in Ireland. The grant amounted to $150.00

Today, our Educational Program has a budget of $6,000, and with this coming academic year five Hawaii high school students will receive a scholarship of $900 each.

The balance of our educational funds will go to worthy school programs in Hawaii and Ireland.
